Child Health Issues

My son 16months old is having some issues since we shifted from Pune to Mumbai last week. It's been 5days and i understand that he needs time to adjust to new house, change in climate and surrounding and our family's schedule. I need guidance on how to adjust to Mumbai climate because we come from Pune which is a very pleasant climate. His issues as of now- 1. sleep and unscheduled sleep, once he slept at 5.30pm evening and got up at 3am early morning. 2. Eating- he eats barely 2meals each day and rest is all milk 3. Sweats a lot and is grumpy and never leaves me i have to be available and i have to look at him, I mean literally turn my face towards him all the time. I guess this is his emotional issue. But with no help available i cannot function like this. I need guidance on overall this situation and how to take care of him.

My 1 month old spits up milk alot. I try to burp him but he rarely burps and spits milk almost every time. Sometimes it's curdled milk and sometimes it's normal milk. He is on breastfeeding and formula feeding both and does the same in both cases. Is this normal? Or what could b the reason?
