Dear doctor,
My 3 years 8 month daughter keeps repeating rhymes learned from tv. But when asked basic questions she doesn't respond. But she does everything that is asked. Follows all instructions but shows lack of interest in speaking.

There is speech delay. Please visit a developmental pediatrician or child psychologist or child neurologist for detailed assessment. Speech therapy can be given and improvement will occur. These problems are common due to lack of interaction with other kids due to covid
