Pt aged 6 yrs had stomach pain and vomiting done ultrasound findings was - multiple lymphnodes measuring a short axis diameter of 9-10mm noted in the periumbilical region,- mild mesenteric lymphadenitis. What can be done.

My son who is 3 months 10 days old sleeping continuously during daytime and not at all sleeping during night from 11pm -6 am for the past one week. Whether it is normal or any concern

Hi sir My son age 4 years Weight 15 kg. From 20 days his nose blocked with mild cold. Used cold medicines but no use . One month back some wheezing sound with cough and Cold used inhalers. Problem solved. From ENT side no problem no tonsils and no Adeniods From Cardiologist side no problem in 2 d echo Pulmologist suggested.. Plz suggest medicine for nose block..

My 7months old son is having continuous loose motions from past 4 days the pediatric suggested the below. He is on formula milk and from past 1.5 months on food like rice dal banana in limited quantities. Entrogermina x2 daily Z&D x1 daily Ors Siloderm for rashes due to stool passage Since the losses motion did not go away yesterday Taxim was also added i it and advised to see a dermatologist for rashes till then give allegra I am worried will this change help now? Also rashes are due to constant cleaning is a dermatologist consultation needed? What else can I do to stop the loose motion Please advise
