Can i give omawatrr or Domstal before go for polio drops. He had vomit since. Night. Now nothing food.. Feel vomiting? Can i givr medicine before polio drops is it reactable

My girl baby is 4.5 months old and she is having cold and cough.. I am giving mucolite as per doctor's prescription along with the nasal drops. However I don't see any improvement as I could clearly make out based on the sound when she is breathing... Please help me... There are no issues with lactating and also the baby is active..
