Doctors said me to give 2.5ml for 2 times in a day But I give 5ml at a time for 3 years old baby boy Is it okay to give 5ml at a time his weight is 12 kg!?

My baby girl's DOB: 9 Jan and birth weight is 2.640.Now she is 105 days old and weight is 5.1. it is a good weight or under weight.

My baby 1.5 month old baby girl during massage  breast milk was squeezed  and baby cried in pain. Does this cause breast cancer in the future?

My son is 7.5 months old.He has developed small red bumps on his neck and upper chest area (please see the attached photos). The rash looks like tiny red spots, and it started appearing recently. He doesn’t have a fever or major discomfort, but I'm a bit concerned. We try to keep him cool and dry, and he’s otherwise feeding and sleeping normally. Could you please advise if this looks like a heat rash or something else? Also, do we need to apply any cream or medicine, or take any precautions?
