Child Health Issues

My daughter's weight gain is very low and is having poor appetite always. She is 4yrs 10months now and her weight is 11.8kg and height is 99cm. Her birth weight is 2.4kg and height 49cms Any suggestions on improving her appetite and supporting for weight gain? We are giving her protein based diet like egg, dal, fish fry and chicken. Still not much of a gain. And poor appetite. We always have to force her to eat. We did check her blood and no concerns of diabetes, thyroid or cholesterol. She is very active and smart and no concerns with her activities. Any recommendations? Thanks

Hi Doctor, My son is have fever since one week. He has cough and cold and fever. Now no cold and have mild cough. Fever is repeating only during night We put p250 when fever is more then 100. We have done blood and urine test. It's normal.  Attached report and prescription. He will get fever only during night Please suggest some medication

My son is growing at very slow rate.He is very active,good swimmer.He does swimming for an hour daily.Eats well but still doesn't grow tall.

My son is 11 months and approximately 10kg . He is having fever , cold and cough. Doc suggested to give wikoryl drops 1ml every 6 hours. But his temperature was high (103) after 4 hours so we gave 1.5 ml but vomited right after giving , so we had to give more so gave .8ml. Not sure what we did was correct or did we overdose or gave less. Please suggest What is the max dose safe ? What to do if it's overdosed ?

My son is 3 months old. He is on bm only but nowadays his stomach is not full fill by my bm so is it ok to give him formula milk? Does formula milk causes green potty? How much formula milk should be given per day along with bm?

My kid is 4 years old.he is diagnosed with pnuemonia .his crp was 112 and wbc 20000.Doctor prescribed augmentin dds for 14 days.Is 14 days not too long?should we repeat crp and cbc after antibiotics.Why doctors recommend xray after 6 weeks of treating pnuemonia?

Hii Iam having a newborn baby of 1 week, she is constantly sneezing, she sneezes 3 times in one moment, and in one day she sneezes more than 15 times, she is not having any other symptoms as soo apart from sneezing. Is it normal to sneeze this much.

My daughter 8 year old getting fever once ina week 100 temperature stomach pain also.fever is coming and iam giving calpol 250 mg it is going in one day and repeating after a week.from three weeks like that only. today we got done the widal test. Report:titres>=1:80 of O antigen and >=1:60 of H antigen of S typhi and. Titers>=1:80 of H antigen for S paratyphi A and B are significant. What does this report mean?
