8 month baby fever
Hi Doctor, My baby has fever since morning fluctuating between 99.4-99.8 F. I have given paracetamol drops twice since 7am. Hope this is mild fever. Thanks in advance.

Record temp 6 hrly Remove extra layers of clothing. In case if temp 100°F Or more give PCM drops at dose of 10mg/kg & can be repeated 4-6 hrly In caso of persistant fever, letharginess & not accepting feeds suggest consultation

Ya this is mild fever, if the temp is more than 100 you can give paracetamol every 6 hrly
