Child Health Issues

Hello doctor, My daughter is 1 year old, She dosent crawl or pull up on furniture to stand. She bumshuffels a bit rarely and rolls only on bed. She cannot get in to sitting position independently and visaversa but she sits unassisted since 7 month old. She cruises well if i make her stand but does not pull up on furniture and does not go on knees she will pull up with our hands She can stand unassisted for few minutes she can walk well holding fingers without putting weight on our fingres just needs safty says mama papa tata waves nods etc she was scanned for hip dysplacia should i wait or show to neurologist? or she seems normal?

My daughter is 2 months 1 week old. She has a lot of hair on her back, shoulders and forehead. I have been doing malish with oil and atta ka loi. Please please advice how does the hair go

Hi Doctor, I gave birth to my baby at 25 weeks and 5 days on 17th august. Its been 5 days and i am having only 10 ml of milk per pumping sessions. Taking one lactare tablet 3 times daily. Can you advise something else to make improve milk other than diet. I am already eating a good lactation diet. But still milk is only 10 ml when i pump

Hi, My baby is 10months oldband he got black tongue recently... He had cold and cough few days back .. v visited nearby doc and he prescribed ventoxol syrup and elmox cv dry syrup(antibiotic)... After completing course, he was under levomont syrup for 5 days... Parallelly I gave daily dose of multivitamin syrup, calcium syrup and iron syrup.... From past 3 days his tongue got slightly black... Is it because of any reaction or indication of something ... Activity wise he is fine, eats well, sleeps well... Kindly help me ...vthr I should take him to doc or this is fine ?

I am giving my son Ibugesic plus syrup ,but I used to give him Crocin..Can I change the paracetamol?

Hello, my daughter is 5 years old. She's had cough fever and cold last couple of months. Treated her with azithral first, then augmentin. She's better now. The cough seems to have not gone though. It's wet cough. She's on montair lc every night for the last 2 months and momeflo nose spray to avoid snoring etc. On the advice of doctors.i have stated brozedex 4.5 ml thrice daily along with this now. Been 6 doses so far. Last night she coughed constantly. How long can I wait for brozedex to help. Is there a need for levolin puff? Will that help. She's got no fever or cold. Just constant strained cough with phlegm. She's not spitting it out. I'm worried cos this has been on for a while now and she's on too many meds already including eye drops for allergy. Please advise I'm worried. Thank you

My son,aged 3 years has been suffering from fever since yesterday mrng...the fever is very high going upto 103.5..we gave p-250 syrup till yesterday evng ...This is 4 th time in a month...10 days back  local doctor advised 4 to 5 blood tests,urine test including dengue test...everything found to be normal.yesterday At around 8pm..my son complained about pain near neck..I observed it and found swelling there..we hurried to a nearby doctor fearing it to be mumps...he gave some medicines and asked to use for 3 days..he didn't conclude it to be mumps or tonsils..we are very much worried about his health...falling continuously ill..becoming weak and uninterested to eat food...plz advise us ...what to do and what could be reason for this illness...till 2 months back..he is absolutely fine..what happened to my son..plz help..
