My daughter usually get fever and cold after 2-3 weeks. Please recommend anything to boost her immunity.

Hi respected doctors My son is 2.5 years old. For last three days he cry at late night at arround 2:30 am without any reason. He generally sleeps till 12 o' clock. But after ,2 hours he crys slowly and increase his crying pitch and crys a lot and doesn't open his eyes and don't listen anything and crys a lot like he got injured. And within 5-10 minutes, he calms down. This is happening from last 3 night. Why is this happening . What can I do for this?

Hi all, I blessed with a baby girl on 30-Jul-22. She is very active in initial first week. Now what i am seeing that she is not very active. Her body is warm (Head not) temperature not at fever level. Her stole smell like indigestion milk fat. And a little bit of coughing. What will I do? Do i need to consult a doctor. Dear sir my 5years old son suffering from fever and cough , his widal test report is O titre is 1:80, H titre is 1:80, AH and BH values are No Agulutination, is it typhoid positive or negetive and his ESR rate is 12mm, is it normal or not, please give suggestions sir.
