Is Azythromycin safe for 7 months old
Hi,
My doctor prescribed Azithromycin for my 7 months old baby as she having wet cough, cold and fever. My friends are saying anti biotic should not be given in that early stage, and it will reduce immunity, now am worried whether to take or not
