Hi, My doctor prescribed Azithromycin for my 7 months old baby as she having wet cough, cold and fever. My friends are saying anti biotic should not be given in that early stage, and it will reduce immunity, now am worried whether to take or not

Hello sir/ mam, I have 8 month old son and he has started his teething. Gums are so swelled and he has not been taking food or milk from last 7 days. He is on breast feeding and some time take a little if take anything instead breatmilk. He has mouth ulcer too.. what to do? Can i give him Bacillus clausii sore suspension or apply apply gel containg salicylate and benzalkonium chloride solution as some of my friends suggested me to use that.. Hi My baby had fever along with cold n cough Doctor gave Augmentin Duo and P250 For 5 days Baby has recovered and currently no fever .but she is having mild rashes on her body During the medicine course she has no rashes. But now she has rashes .

Hello doctor, my baby is 13 month old girl, formula fed by birth She has 5-6 birth marks which are therr from her birth (attaching image) she is otherwise healthy happy one and at par at all her milestones Walking independently claps, points, drinks herself from glass,bumshuffles, understands simple instructions, asks for milk etc i have reads many cals signify NF1 so i m scared now can you please advice do these look like need to b investigated?
