My baby born on 31st July, 2022  due to health issues birth vaccine was given on 18th August, 2022. To give 6 weeks vaccine, which date should I consider? Born date or birth date? Could anyone please help me on this?

Hi my son is 2.5 years old. He keeps falling frequently daily and when he walks his legs spread in w shape. Because he used to sit in w shape leg cross. But now we have reduced his habit. But whenever he walk fast chances are high to fall. And his foot is flat. Even i have flat foot and knocked knee .  I am his father. His knees joint are invert inside. Even if he stand straight his knees joins. He mostly walk at home bare feet. Any suggestion My issue is frequent fall and knee knock
