Child Health Issues

My son, age 2 years 7 months, is having loose motion for last 2 days. He is eating and drinking properly but stool is coming 5-6 times. On normal days he only goes 1 time. Please suggest the medicine. We have started giving curd today. But how can we stop the loose motion?

My baby girl is one year old now.i switched from formula to cows milk that i purchase from a diary farm near my home.Now which curd can I give to baby?could anyone please suggest if amul curd can be given,if yes which type of curd can be given as there are several types of curd in amul brand itself.Please suggest.

My son had a fever, cold and cough 10 days back, post diagnosis,doctor given medicine with antibiotic novamax XV 457 MG including other medicines for fever and cough, Now cough and fever gone, but we saw red rashes near to ankle and other parts of the body. He don't have stomach pain and he is active, only during night he get itchy and swelling near to joints and pain, we consulted child specialist and We did a blood test, platetes looks good and dengue, chicken gunya came negative than doctor gave only paracetamol for pain Is this goes away on its own or any medication required. My 6year opd daughter,weight 17.44kg  was suffering from fever 1 week back visited pead for the same ,gave calpol ,zifi,sy ondem. After 4 days fever reduced but loose motion and nausea started ,again visited pead He prescribed syrp rinifol,tab lanzol jr,syrp colicaid now motion is normal no vomiting also but nausea is still there,she just cant smell even food,but when she eat potato chips ,lollipop,she dont feel nausea at all ha. Then again visited pead for the nausea ,as well as little stomach pain.she gave tab lanzol 30mg,syrup sinarest and syrup kidicare d, but she told me that it does not seem as jaudice .what do you think?any test is needed to evalucate?

Hello doctor from 2 days my baby having fever I gave paracetamol syrup250 mg 3.5 drops yesterday she got 3 hr once fever but today she is getting 6 hr once her cough is worse wet cough last tym same problem she had that time doctor prescribed moxikind cv dry syrub can I use now ?please help
