My soon is 5 month old. He is suffering from cold . He has stuffy nose. Some time mucus around his nose. What should I do? What should I use to come all mucus from his body? It is his first winter.

Dear Doctors, My 5 years old daughter vomiting since yesterday evening. She vomited 4-5 times, whatever she eats she is vomiting. Hi, my son is 2 months 10 days old. He is having watery loose stools since 4 days. We have started zinconia 2.5ml syrup and enterogerma for him. It's been 4 days still no improvement. Also, started oflatop-m syrup ( antibiotic) and neosmile drops from yesterday as per doctor advice. But no relief at all as of now. Baby is still passing frequent watery stools  (15 to 18). I am worried about this. Pls advise what to do. 1. In how many days will it make difference and condition would be improved. 2. His vaccination is due on 10th Dec. Can I proceed with his vaccination? Or should I wait until he recovers fully. Pls advise. 3. Generally, till how many days we can postpone the vaccination.
