Child Health Issues

My baby is 4 months old( 3 months and 29 days) , she is able to roll over but not crawl yet, she does try but gets irritated and gets fussy, how do we help her crawl and when she will be able to sit on her own

My son is 3 years old. Weight 13 kg. He has been recovered from cough last week. It take his 7-10 days for recovery . Now again since yesterday evening , running nose and cough again started. Why this is happening. He falls sick in every month or two month. This time twice in a month. First he get cold runny nose then wet cough then dry cough and high fever 104-105. Then medicine antibiotics. Every time I need to give because he feels uncomfortable like blocked nose sleep disturbance. My question is why he fall sick so easily?? And every time medicine will make worse effect in his body. Isn't there any permanent cure or any syrup to give him for long time. He is suffering from upper and lower respiratery infection. Which comes and go. My baby has not catch any growth due to this. What to do. So i started giving him septilin syrup only. What could be further diagnosis. CBC is normal. No dengue malaria CRP is normal but esr is high. Esr is 23. Suggest genuine guidance.

Local Doctor has given the following medicines for cough and cold AzId 200mg - 3ml OD Criz-M Ascoril plus expectorant Nasivion mini Doctor also said to give Salbair inhaler  two puffs if necessary. Problem is , how do I determine if kid require  inhaler or not. Unfortunately Doctor is not reachable. Can you please suggest how do I understand if kid need inhaler ? Will he cry or make some noise or what is it ? How do you determine when a inhaler is required ? My kid age : 20 months , weight: 10 kg

My 3 and half year old baby girl is having cold and cough since winter started. She is taking Solvin Cold Syrup her cold and cough is better but she breathes through mouth all the night. What will help so that she can breathe properly through nose.Plz suggest. Her weight is 13 kgs.

Hello doctor, Now a days kids are getting fever frequently and not getting controlled with only paracetamol so doctors are recommending antibiotics like Azithromycin, augmentin dds, policlav etc every month and whenever they get fever. Is that okay or will it effect their future health and also please suggest whether we can use probiotics like echonorm sachets in general without any prescription or in any other way we can boost their gut health
