My baby not drink in left side of breast.according to my study left breast produce more milk.this is problem in my life.baby not suck on left breast .he suck only right breast which is comfortable for him ..left breast is always full and leaked and sometimes it feels like solid.its engorgened. Can i use engirgened breast milk to my baby.how many hours unused breast can give milk to baby.max 6 hours he did not suck on left breast can i gave milk after 6hours storage in my breast

Hello doctor, my 1year 4 month baby started vomiting slightly when she cough but from yesterday whatever she had except water she is vomiting a lot.she has fever yesterday but today she is fine.Yesterday we went to the doctor & he prescribed domstal 9drops before food.She is looking very tired & not active also.But she is feeling hungry once she started having food she is feeling nausea.What shall I do now.Is there any antibiotic is there to stop her vomit

Hello Doctor My baby girl was born at 34w2d with birth weight 1.8kg..She was an iugr baby...she is 4m19d old now and her weight is 4.9kg, height is 57cm snd head circumference is 40cm..Are these normal? At 3m11d her HC was 38cm...Is everything normal? How to increase her weight and height? She is reaching all milestones

My baby was diagonised with Jaundice on Day 3 of her birth ,her Total bilirubin was 14 .on  D4 it was 16 and on D6 it was 17. She was kept on single layered phototherapy initially for a day and was on double layered phototheraphy for a day. Post phototherapy values on D7 were 10 and she got discharged. 48 hrs post discontinuation of phototherapy her repeat bilirubin value is 16. Please advise is there any cause for concern. What are the line of treatment options available to her.

My son having fever on 3rd Mar, his temperature raise 103.5 and we are giving Meftagesic ds (every 5 to 6 hrs) and Omnix - 100 (twice a day) medicine. When we are giving the medicine temperature came to normal and after 5 to 6hrs again temperature increasing. His body always heat even temperature below 98. He got fever in January it took more than 10 days to recover. We feel he is taking more antibiotics. Could you please help us. Weight- 22kgs No other symptoms (no cold or coughs)
