Baby had fever since 3 days. I gave paracetamol syrup. Now no fever. But baby's potty colour like cement colour and thick, smells a lot. Is there any serious issue.

For my kids initial 6,10,14 weeks vaccination done at government healthcare center. Next Flu vaccines 1&2 taken at private hospital in 6th nd 7th months. In Government centers in 9th month they are giving PCV booster, JE1, VitaminA and MR-1. But in private hospitals they're giving MMR-1. So in 9th month from government center once we taken PCV booster, JE1, VitaminA..on the same day without taking MR1, can we take MMR1 vaccine from private hospital ?
