Child Health Issues

My 7month old baby boy has high AST(185.5) ALT(140.5). He was having blood in his stool in December 2022.doctor suspect CMPA. So i have exclude all milk product from my diet as he was on exclusively breast feeding. But again on March he is having blood in his stool. Now AST & ALT is showing high. Is it something to worry about. Is it serious? Please answer,

My baby is 18months old, well she is teething but she isn't taking any food, 1-2 bites here and there and she is all done..!! Doc said to give her aptivate which I actually gave her today 5ml, yet she didn't open her mouth, she is just holding spoon tightly with the front teeth's and pushing out the food. I am seriously fed up, why is not aptivate working ? What can I do ? Is something wrong ?

Hi my 5 year old was having fever cold and mild throat infection. Now fever came down. He got stomach upset may be stomach infection.. smelly poop smelly fart and sticky poop.. he's struggling to poop he cries. Sometimes complains about pain. Am giving enterogermina twice and zn20 once a day... We live in germany. we consulted doctor with lot of delayed appointment finally in last moment got it. We showed him. They give nothing. They said no need to give medication. He'll heal. Give good food at home fruits vegetables.. i have sporlac sachet... can I give???. Sporlac sachet along with enterogermina and zn20?? Please guide.
