Child Health Issues

Hello doctor, Kindly help. My son had a fever of 101-102 for 24 hours treated with paracetamol and then it subsidised for 2 days. Again since yesterday night, he has got a fever. I've given paracetamol. He just says headache other than fever and nothing else. His appetite has reduced. Initially i thought sun stroke and gave him lot of fluids. But again fever repeated. So can this be malaria by any chance. Kindly help.

Baby of 6 month having 101 fever What should be the dose of paracetamol of calpol 100mg. We gave him 0.5 ml
