Is it ok to give mishri to 9 months old ? And can we give dates or jaggery powder as natural sweeteners in summer ?

Hi, my baby is 17 months old and he always throws up when feeding any food... She vomits mucus in the middle of the feeding... Is it due to reflux or indigestion... Please suggest me how to improve my baby's digestion and prevent vomiting.

My baby will complete 3 months on this 17 th ,she had vaccine on 1st April and me and her was also had viral fever for 3 days ,since 5-6 days she is not feeding well as usual ,her fever has also gone now since 2-3 days she is fine now with no fever and cold symptoms but not feeding well she feeds well at night time but not feeding well during day she cries while breast feeding currently we are spoon feeding her formula milk with breast feeding as well during day time. Please suggest
