My son is turning 6 months in next 10 days. He has been showing interest in what we are eating so we started very little amount of fruit( banana, apple), oats, dal water(less than a spoon even) just to give him a taste of food.
From last 2-3 days, he is asking for more. How much food should be given? Is it ok to give him 2 different foods , eg. banana and oats as two different meals 1 spoon each daily?

Haha. It's very sweet that your child has taken interest in other foods.
You can give all those ones that you've listed. Let them eat as they want.
Keep feeding time playful, and keep encouraging him. Continue breast feeding also.
You're doing great parenting!
