Hi my baby is 2.5months, his breathing rate is between 30-40 while he is deep sleep is this normal???

What are some advice you can give to understand if a new born baby is getting jaundice ? However , we have done TSB test and result is within biological range and baby is doing fine. We are monitoring newborn baby for any symptoms but not sure what to monitor ? Can you give some advice what to monitor?

My son is 2 month old, from today morning he is irritable when I put down he is sleeping on my hands.
