Chest & Breathing Problems

I smoke once in a day and I have breathing problem from last 6 months it comes and go away completely and come again so I have acute or chronic bronchitis

I feel chest tightness for last 3 days and also shortness of breath at night will it be a covid symptoms, iam feared what should I do

I always face shortness and problem in breathing whenever there is change in weather. Some times condition become very problematic so I have to take rotacap ( foracort and levolin) as well as deriphyllin. I m on medication for fungal (fluconzole 200 and Allegra) Thyronorm 50 Tryptomer 25 mg Gall bladder already removed 2 yrs back. Kindly help me .

I have a pressure or some kind of pain at the center of my chest which is when I  contract or stretch my chest I have some sharp pain . though I don't have any problem in taking breathe my breath holding capacity is around 50seconds, I just get a little bit plcough yellow or black in the morning  .but I have been a smoker from 5-6 years but now have completely left cigarette from past 90days and this pain has been around with me from 1-2 years but now it has increased alot . last year I got a chest xray but nothing came .
