Spo2 level check
I have one question. What is the procedure to take reading in pulse oximeter. Sometimes it shows 97 98 at first. Sometimes it shows initially lower values like 94 95 and after few seconds it increases to 97 98. Then which value to be taken. Highest value or initial value? Also how long time to kept on finger to take reading. Plz clarify it. Also which finger to be checked

Always wait for 1to 3 mins , better to always use in the middle finger, avoid nail polish and localised infective or traumatized finger
