Normal SPO2 level during COVID
I am covid positive, but my SPO2 level is around 93-94, but when I am doing lung exercises it goes upto 96-97 but post excercise it comes back to 93-94.
Please suggest me is it okay right now to have 93-94 SPO2 level. Or shall I go to hospital.
Today is my 8th day of quarantine.
