Spo2 level fluctuating more
I checked my spo2 in smart watch it's fluctuating like it will reduce to 88 somtimes 91 somtimes 97 96 just confused but before 3 months I did master health check up becoz am getting stomach pain dat time eveythng normal n spo2 is 98% is it anything to worry no breathing issues I have except anxiety my heart is normal below 90

Smart watch spo2 monitoring is not accurate.if you do not have any symptoms, pl do not measure spo2. Pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Hi Pulse oximeters in smart watches may not be usually accurate. Please use a pulse oximeter made for the purpose. As you do not have symptoms, your saturation is likely.to be okay Thank you
