Chest & Breathing Problems

My mother got covid & cured but it affected her lungs.i provided the ct scan report.i didnt understand the terminology.please explain me the condition of my lungs if it is serious,if needs any treatment or surgery

Sinus allergy, runny nose throughout day. Breathing issues at night and sometimes feel heavy chest developing mucus around chest.

Yesterday morning, I took Montair LC (which was supposed to be taken in the night after dinner) instead of Pan40 before breakfast and after breakfast I took Levoflox 500 (which is taken at the proper time). These medicines were given for LRTI for 1 week. Will this cause any problem?

Got covid positive on 20 aug and now it's negative but I have a lung infection and addmited to icu and on ventilator ...accept lungs every vital is stable ...it's double phnemonia ...and doctors are saying that from today now we will try to cure phnemonia ...so in how many days recovery can be seen ...??

One and half month before i have acute bronchitis and mild rib pain but it gone after some time But from 7 days i have ribs pain and i went to a doctor and he prescribe me vit B mucolite tablet and razo d ,zincovit, mefkind forte And when i use it i feel heaviness in chest Please tell me what to do should i take mucolite i dont have cough so what to do?

Can you please explain me to control the flum when I am taking sweet items? Sometimes it causes trouble while breathing Main problems are 1) wet Flum in lungs 2) Getting trouble to breath properly Pharmacist gave me " D tusq and Some forte tablet to reduce my flum Whenever I am taking hot water,it feels somewhat better Please help me to get rid out of this problem...Looking forward for your valuable reply

Mother aged 60 yrs tested positive in antibody test after 18 days of first covid symptoms. I have attached CT chest done on 11 Aug and X Ray done on 31 Aug. Current xray finding shows prominent bronchovascular marking, left CP angle obscured, patchy non homogeneous opacity seen in left lower zone, right hilium appears bulky with calcified lymphonode. What can one interpret from the XRay.

I was prescribed to take Montair LC, Levoflox 500, Pan40 for LRTI. Can I take Vitamin tablets like DE, C and B12 while taking the prescribed medication?
