Dear sir My age 30 sometimes having sharp chest pain coming and goes below the chest also  some times . Can I use dexona 0.5mg tab Pls tell And dexona works for what pls reply .. thanks But my pulse shows 96 or 97 at finger but fearing for chest pain lest side chest and same pain in back chest lest hand

Ammi is Corona Positive. She is unable to breath properly. Without oxygen cylinder her oxygen level goes below 75. She has cough problem.please help
