Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi Doctor, My name is Arhif I am 27 year old, I am wokring in IT I started smoke 2014 December due to some personal issue later it continued because of pressure in my professional. Many times I decided to quit but couldn't because I was not able to control that feeling. Past 4 months my cigarette counts are increased more. Now I getting so much breathing problem. If I go first floor I am getting too much of breathing I need nearly 15 minus to become normal breathing. Kindly guide me how to quite this smoke and need to know how much my lungs got affected.

No matter what I eat I start getting cough (not a dry cough) I'm unable to consume sugar even In milk Eating watermelon is also making me cough again During my training while ditching I collapsed because of the severe winters of delhi Post which my body was really sensitive to cold My fingers formed frost bites too back then last yr I was diagnosed with acute bronchitis I was in Doha at that time I got myself treated there for the same But after my treatment was done Consuming sugar or normally eat any fruit or even a lil of cold water/cold drink (even for once) I again start coughing. Since 2 continues week I have been taking tablets I took novomax 500  (which usually help me with cold n cough) But I started coughing again I then again started taking then below mentioned medicines Montec lc (once a day) Mega cv (once a day) Paracef (twice a day) I recovered (it took a two weeks for that) Now im coughing again I've mentioned every detail to u Requesting u to help me with the same

From last more than a year I m feeling like cough stuck in chest after breathing including breathlessness ( very rare) when I cough i feel temporary relief but again in seconds I feel same no matter how much I cough nothing comes out sometime when I eat I get cough might be because of certain food .. During first wave I did covid test which came negative in fortis mulund the doctor told me to get xray & some blood test  if covid result came negative.. As doctor was not available I went to another doctor and showed report to him but he said everything is good in report.. After that due to work I was not able to get the treatment.. So now question is what it could be should I contact a chest specialist or try cough syrup.. Thankyou

Hi i recover from mild symptoms of covid last week. i am fine now but when i speak to someone via phone or face to face i start coughing. i feel there is no mucus in my throat. my breathing is normal, have some weakness though. kindly help what can i do to recover

Hi May I know the symptoms of pneumonia plz?I have seen a news by a doc that excessive steam will cause pneumonia.I have taken excessive very very hot steam daily thrice for almost 45 days with the gas on.since then iam having itchy throat nose pain upper chest upper back neck pain and shortness of breath .in winter severe chills.it's been since Aug .done all sorts of tests cbp crp serum creatinine serum uric acid thyroid vit b12 vit d3 nt pro bnp calcium eeg all are normal .used azee doxcyp bilagra salt gargle betadine Medrol pregabalin mk flutron but no change in symptoms.if iam resting on bed no pain once I get up from bed severe upper back pain unable sit or do work .too much shortness of breath throat itching nose pain .no covid.plz help what can I do .in aug after 10 days of steam inhalation I have done hrct chest to rule out covid but no covid but it it showed corads 2 infective etiology and bilateral minimal pleural effusions.plz help me I have visite many doctors no use

Having breathing issues at night while sleeping. Had cough and cold recently and was on antibiotics. Getting up and sit the whole night due to shortage of breath. Covid negative as per rt pcrctest. What could be the reason. Plz help.
