Vaccination with lungs problem
Sir/madam I am a sarcoidosis patient , i was diagnosed with sarcoidosis the doctor was confused between sarcoidosis and milliary TB in nov 2019 and after 2 CT comparison and certain other check ups i was prescribed to take 25 mg of prednisone but by the time it was reduced to 10 mg..now i take 10 mg prednisone daily
My pulmonologist is now not in my city he has been transferred to somewhere else I couldn't contact him..
I have done 2 CT scan in which the first which was done in sept showed 13mm in paratracheal region and 10mm in AP window region and 2 cm in subcarnial region and CT of December had shown ""2.7×2.0 cm multiple enhanced mediastinal lymphadenopathy in pretracheal paratracheal prevascular precarnial and subcarnia region"" my ACE was 154.53 but by the time it was somehow reduced
Now I want to know whether I should get myself vaccinated or not?
If yes then covishield or covaxin
Please reply

Can some one who is recovered from Covid ( first symptom shown more than a month ago) should still be cautious about silent hypoxia ? The person is doing all normal household chores without any issue .Or can we relax now and stop monitoring oxygen levels
