Dear Doctor, I do not have any dripping nose Dry nose only. I feel and recognise a slight bad smell inside my nose . Please advise.

Hi I have been taking vitamin c supplement along with my inhaler and it is helpful quite well. Is it safe to add magnesium supplement? (If yes which is best and what should be safe dose?)

My husband is having dry cough no other symptoms weight 90 kg, height 6 feet. He has only dry cough from past one months. Its not always thr but when he sleeps or get from sleep. He coughs more. When he is in office he doesn't cough once. Attached report kindly let me know whats in report.

Hi, 4-5 months back while lying down i had problem in which my breath used to feel stuck which made my sleeping miserable which did go away after a consultation with a physician whom prescribed me inderal la stating it is an anxiety. Then it went away for a month then after i had one episode of the same problem. Which was 2 months back. Recently i faced the same thing while waking my breath feel stuck for few seconds and came back to normal. I had done tests like ecg(sinus tachycardia), echo and my cardiologist said that i might have anxiety disorder. blood reports to came normal but b12 and d3 deficiency. I do worry about my health a lot and in a constant worry feeling that something might happen to me. My mother has mild asthma.

Is vomiting common during initial days of tuberculosis treatment ...how many it occurs ...is liver is affected

My husband got pulmonary tb (found in biopsy treatment) and after 6 months of treatment he became better and gained weight. Later he started drinking alcohol and smoking (occasionally) and he s getting cough. As per the recent examination he has lung infection and blood test also showing variations. Is it's expected after tb? Currently he is taking ayurvedic medicine and feeling better.

Pulmonologist had asked us to do a Total IGE and Total Esonophil count blood test for my daughter if the cought she has persists and had also asked us to get the repors next time we meet him. This was 1.5 months ago. My daughter still has cough. Thought of getting those blood tests done. Should one stop taking antihistamines like Montek-Fx before the IGE & Esonophil blood test? Or is it okay to get it done without stopping the medicine. Kindly advice.

I Haven been facing sudden difficulty in breathing/Chest wheezing for a small duration of 20-30 mins anytime in the day/night for the past 2 months - I got my PFT Test and X ray done and both were Ok according to the Doctor. He has suggested me to take Ventidox- M earlier and then changed the medicine to Abiways - 200 SR and Montair FX . When I take the medicines the condition disappears but comes back again when stop taking it. The doctor told me to take them whenever I feel the situation worsening, I don't think that is a logical long term solution. Please suggest me what should be the proper course of action for this condition.
