I have experienced lung damage due to a past COVID-19 infection and am looking for potential treatments to improve lung function. I’ve heard about stem cell therapy being used for regenerative purposes in various conditions. Can stem cell therapy be an effective option for reversing lung damage caused by COVID-19? What are the potential benefits and risks associated with this treatment, and is it currently considered a viable option for people recovering from COVID-related lung issues? I have breathing problems and recently visited the Pulmonary Department at a Government Hospital. The doctor prescribed some diagnostic tests, but these tests are not available in the government hospital, so I have to get them done outside.which I Can't afford to pay from my pocket. I approached a charitable trust for help, and they agreed but asked for an expenditure letter from the treating Pulmonary doctor. When I went back to the doctor for the letter, he said that expenditure letters are only given to admitted patients and refused to provide one. Now, the charitable trust says they can’t help without the expenditure letter, and I’m stuck in between. What should I do now? Is there any way to get help from the charitable trust for my diagnostic tests? Or is the doctor lying ? Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello, I moved to Bengaluru in 2022. The first year was mostly fine. But in 2023, suddenly I started waking up with a stuffy nose. I would sneeze 10-15 times and then it would be ok. After some time, it got worse. I would keep sneezing on and off throughout the day. My nose would either be stuffy or runny. I would feel drowsy on those days. The frequency of this started increasing.. to a point where not even a single day of the week would be fine. My voice also became nasal. Meanwhile, I moved to a different house far away from the previous one. The issue continued. A doctor prescribed azeflo nasal spray which works well for me. So now I don't have so many episodes but my voice is still nasal. A new problem has come up since October 2024 wherein I start coughing when I lie down (not every day but often). Along with it is a very prominent wheezing sound. Coughing is sometimes incessant. I am not able to figure out the cause. Please help.
