Chest & Breathing Problems

My mother is on tuberculosis treatment since 12.05.2020. My query is that .. why she is not gaining weight??? She is only 31.80 kg in weight right now. Before her TB disease she was around 39 to 40 kg in weight. After diagnosis during may 2020 her weight was reduced and even after her treatment of one year she is not gaining weight.

My aunt is an asthama patient and she uses only a pump when necessary but not regularly . It started from last 1 week, she was facing difficulty in breathing , she felt like a blocade of air below throat and above chest for 2-3 days and weakness . Then weakness went over itself but now from last 2-3 days , she is feeling a pain in her lungs while breathing . She is also continuously sneezing from last 2 days . No fever till now . There is cyclone everywhere , we can't go anywhere . Please suggest us what to do ??? ... What can be the possible reasons for these things with my aunt ? And what is the cure ? Please help .

I have prolonged cough for about an month now. Done 2 covid tests, both came negative. Nothing abnormal shown in CT scan. Had antibiotics and treatment for 4 weeks now. Still cough doesn't stop and increases after evening. What could be the possible issue? Or which doctor to consult

CRP value during covid 10th day is 95. Saturation 94, hrct ct value 8/25 temp 99. Please suggest is hospitalization is requiered.

Sir, I am suffering from allergic rhinitis (since march-2020) visited general physician for the same and prescribed me (Allegra-m and nezact nasal spray for month) and I've completed the course and stopped medication after medication same problem repeated (continuous sneezing, itching and irritation in nostrils if not used any medication leading to cold) so continued  medication on and off sir . Recently (march-2021) my uncle took me to a pulmonologist (my uncle's family doctor)(Bhasker's chest clinic secunderabad) He prescribed below things and tests, in the diagnosis he told that I've low ige value and prescribed fexovis-m, Levosetride and Azeflo nasal spray for 2months and after 2months he said that will give a vaccine to prevent this and so I completed 2months  course sir (may-3rd) and stopped medication sir and due covid I didn't visited him sir, but again same problem eventhough am using medication (levosiz, fexovis-m, nezact nasal spray) one nostril is partially blocked

I am feeling slight chest pain after the first dose of covishield . What can I do? Even The blood pressure, pulse and spo2 level are good.plz suggest

I had covid 6 weeks back. Since then I am monitoring my blood oxygen some times a day. I sometimes find that when I climb stairs, and after that if I immediately check my oxygen level, it sometimes become 93-94 % remains the same for around 5-8 seconds and then increases back to 96-97. Is it something to worry or it's a normal process since we didn't use to check the same before covid. Walking spo2 is fine (6 min test)-96-97 Sitting is also good -97-98

I feeling weakness even after 2 months post covid ... Burping and reflux poblem post covid and stomach infection was also occured 15 days post covid isolation...now for burping which was diagnosed GERD , I have taken OTC 2 weeks and that is resolve ...but the weekness still not gone . however Multivitamin taking daily..CBC normal Pls suggest

Lungs field are Broncho Vascular Prominent. Is this treatable?? I face short breathless . One year ago I dono x-ray and found this and my doctor not prescribed any medicine and treatment.

Can I continue to take spirodin m and furamist AZ( medicine suggested by my doctor) after getting vaccinated?
