Covid-19 positive in TB patient
He was undergoing TB treatment for over a month and was doing better. Suddenly started getting high fever for a week and severe weakness and night sweats. Then he was given new medicines and his condition improved considerably. Now he has been diagnosed COVID-positive. He is not experiencing any known covid symptoms as of now, but what is the next step of action.

Continue TB medicines, check oxygen level via pulse oximeter and that should be above 96, do CT chest on the 5 th day of symptom onset
