Chest & Breathing Problems

Having pain below ribs, chest tightness and a pulling sensation in middle of the stomach especially while walking since Feb-2021. Also feel very lethargic all through the day. Chest X-ray, TMT, ECHO, blood tests are all ok. Upper GI Endoscopy had H.pyroli +ve. Vitamin D is 52. Taking uprise 60k since last 4 weeks. Was COVID +ve in Nov-2020 with no symptoms at all and tested -ve in Dec-2020. Have taken Etizolam, Propranolol, Normaxin for last few months but the problem still persists. Please advise suitable medicines.

What all should i do to make my lung back to normal i was covid positive on 9th may with 12 CT value. I got negative on 24th may and my spo2 is now on 96/97 Should I coninue taking steam and nebuliser. If yes then which medicine in nebuliser? Please suggest I feel congestion in chest from last 3 days other than that no issue.

I was covid positive on 14 april 2021, after 10 days i was fine and recovered, from 10 may, chest pain started(while upper body movement, while lying) in center of cheat and around the chest, tenderness feeling in chest. Taking CCM tablet twice a day from 1 month. All the test including chest x ray, ECG, Chest CT scan, CBC, CRP, D-dimer are normal. Also not getting good and deep sleep. Please suggest something, i will be very thankful.

I have noticed many times blood from my mouth while spitting specially in the morning and whenever i skip any meal i notice blood sometimes whenever i take light food in night i notice in the morning blood from my saliva while spitting, i have visited many doctor's they tested my TB which is negative Chest X-ray normal and test done which are. Patient has Asthma condition since childhood, can he take covid vaccine? Which vaccine is safer in such condition ?

Can I take 0.5mg Tab Dexamthasone for few episodes of difficulty in breathing, sudden heaviness, coldness in chest? It passes away after sometime. I am suffering from covid.

My father got covid pneumonia in month of february with ct score 19/25 he was in icu for a month, after recovery he was having oxygen saturation 96-97 but from last 15 days he is having dry cough and low grade fever so we did covid test it was negative but through urine test we got to know he is having bacterial infection so currently je is taking niftran 100mg . My concern is dry cough has changed to chesty cough now and from 4-5 days his oxygen saturation is also fluctuating from 88-93 , with oxygen supply he maintains 98,our doctor has prescribed pirfenex200 for fibrosis, (attached xray report) Any medicines for chesty cough
