In Morning When I wake up I have severe cough only in morning sometimes it feels like vomiting, once i consulted an E.N.T he said that i have G.E.R.D not T.B. but after medication the problem still exist

I am suffering from XXDR TB . Taking medicines since 6 years but there is no improvement. Only one medicine is Sensitive- Clofazimine. Others are resistant. So Please help . Bedaquiline medicine has come. I want to start bedaquiline. Please help me to start this medicine. Tell about me to Sewri TB to start BEDAQUILINE.

I am suffering from Asthma and got this decease as genetics from my mother. I always face following cycle of issues: 1st my throat gets infected where I feel lots of pain & it gets chocked with minor breathing issues and I started coughing. 2nd as soon as I get rid of issues with throat I get caught by sever cold. 3rd as soon as I get recovered from cold my check gets congested with cough & by this time I get captured with sever asthma attack. This was happening with a gap of an year earlier but from past 6-7 months it happened 3 times. It gets recovered using Allopathy treatment but I want to get rid of this disease. I have done pulmonary function test reports have attached here. Can Asthma be cured using Ayurvedic treatment for forever?

From last 2 week in middle of chest i feel Discomfort, pressure, heaviness, and now back pain and pain in my left hand, i have taken advise from few doctors they said its gestic problem, but i afraid that is this the heart problem or other, please advise.

My grandfather underwent angiogram 2 days back and diagram with a minute block in only one value ,so doc prescribed only medicines.For this he is prescribed Deplatt CV,Dilzem Sr .As he is having Copd as well he is prescribed Tab Bigbro,Montek ,Aerocort inhaler as well.since morning his hands are shivering while lifting glass.Is this a serious issue ? Is this a side effect of above mentioned medicines?

My wife is suffering from swollen lymps and reports confirmed that she is having tuberculosis lymphadenitis. Rt now , we are consulting pulmonologist. How much time will it take to get rid of this lymphadenitis. Also m looking for doctor who is good in dealing with such lymphadenitis. Pls suggest

She feel fever every day in the morning not feeling active we gone for check SGPT there was some infection but she took complete treatment of one month and she recovered well but again she has fever we did all the checkup but doctor not able to find out the problem

She has sugar and she is getting stomach pain as well as the vomiting sensation and moreover she is feeling very tired.
