Chest & Breathing Problems

My father (63y),he has been breathing and weakness problem since from six months .long time ago he smoked. But it leaves about twelve years. So he is treatment under guwahati medical college &hospital in Assam.there doctor's are dingo's I p f and medications pirfenidone tab and mucaryl tab . they are advice's to xray,afb ,sc t,2d echo,ECG ,lft and others tes etc. .but no improve . Therefore I request you that give me better solution for my Father treatment . . your well wishers

Dear Doctor, I am in need of expert opinion on an issue which i feel is very complicated. Around June-2015 my wife started coughing and we visited series of doctors and she was finally diagnosed with Myobacterium with resistance to rifampacin. The doctor advised MDR line of drugs. But her long term family doctor was against the diagnosis and started with normal antibiotics but that dint work out and he started to give same MDR drugs as prescribed by pulmonologist. Month after month he reduced the dosage and by June-2016 he asked her to stop the medication. Soon after that my wife again started to cough and he said that it is bronchitis. Her recent X-ray report indicates 1. Fibrotic and inhomogenous opacities in right lung fields. 2. few cysts also noted in right upper zone 3. few recticular opacities noted in lung fields. 4. right costophrenic angle recess blunt. What is her actual condition? and how to proceed further?

I am suffering from shortness of breath.I had this problem when I was 11 years of old.After that this problem again started few days back.Once in two minutes am opening my mouth and breathing like the way we yawn.If I didn't breathe via mouth I feel air got stucked and uncomfortable.Please provide me a solution.

Suffocation, can't breathe normally,headache about 5 times in a week,chest pain during night time when I feel difficulty in breathing

Suffering from croop from last 3 days.medicine given S-mucolyt 5 ml 3 times a day,Omnacortil fort 7.5 ml twice a day n Rantac 5 ml twice a day.nebulizer given adrenaline 1ml+3ml normal saline. Still no improvement. Kindly suggest constantly coughing resulting upper abdomen painING started.normal XyxalM continuing 5 ml daily once n budicot 1-1 puf,Livolin 2puf 4 times

I am 5ft 10 '' tall weighing 75 kgs and my lipid profiles is normal.I walk briskly for 45 mts.covering a distance of 5 kms.in the morning.I don't have any cardiac problem except for when I talk loudly or loudly and continuously over phone.Then I develop chest pain and this pain percolate down the left arm and I feel uneasy.This problem is there for long.Some 6-7 yrs.back I showed it to a cardiologist and on doing all the tests and tread mill for half an hour at high speed,doctor said no problem and if you want more than I have to do other check ups.This problem arises very rare when I talk for long hours with voice louder or when I get tense.During physical activity I don't develop this.Pl advice me.
