Chest & Breathing Problems

Had an operation in the left side of chest 10 years back when I was a child due to a swelling originated which was diagnosed to be of poisonous character. Hence was successfully operated. Now after all these years, I feel sudden pain for 3 seconds at max in the affected region like a needle pointing from within. But there's no pain when I press the region myself. Please suggest what to do.

I have this problem because of genetic. At first time my breast started to become hard. Then, within a month it grows up. Then, within a year it grows up completely. It starts to grow up when I am 13 years old. At 14 years it grows up completely.

Is this initial stage nd MDR open Have I need take nine mnths course .what I should do ? Have I need to bronchoscopy

I'm 32 yrs old girl ,height is 5.4,weight is 53 . My ESR is 44,HB is 8.6 Mountex report is ERYTHEMA is 20 ,Induration is 8 after 48 hrs And Erythema is 24 ,Induration is 10 after 72 hrs is this positive or negative? Should I take any another test to confirm it ? Pls advice. If it is positive so this is initial stage nd have I need complete nine months course .

I had chest pain in lower chest during my periods. I have experienced this pain 3 times in these 3 months either during periods or when periods are about to start. The pain lasts for sometime and then automatically goes away. I experienced thd pain while sleeping in these 3 times. 1st time it was in Right chest, 2nd time Left and 3rd time in Right chest. Please suggest me whom should I consult and what can be the reason behind this pain
