Chest & Breathing Problems

Currently, I'm suffering from cough which usually happens during late night and early morning when I wake up. And during morning I feel some kind of congestion during my neck area (where our neck ends and chest start, below adams apple). And this gets controlled when I start taking medicine like montina L but once I stop taking medicine then again same problem happens. Also please note that medicine only helps till certain time like max upto 24 hours. Please help me.

Sorry doctor for posting it again Very sorry actually previously i forgot to mention the date of both test Previously I did one pft doctor advised me to take inhaler but I didn't take inhaler that time but agin after 6 months today i did another pft, report is attached. Doctor my question is , is my pft report is that bad to take foracort inhaler?
