Wbc count of 26900
My father is in hospital and having multilober pnemonia, CKD current having a creatinine level of 5.2 urea:106, WBC:26900 all the supportive medication are going on but WBC count is not getting decreased. kindly suggest for the same. TIA.

Acording to culture repoert should change antibiotics also add antifungal infusion also If need than dialysis also refrence to nephro
