Jo 1 is positive what is the significance of JO 1 antibody ?????? Please advise on this ?????????????

My aunt is 69 years old, she has got operated for MVR in 1998 and Jan 2023 she has suffered with sub accute CVA. She has arrythmia problem. Now she has got klebsiella pneumonia. kindly advise best treatment/ medicine for her. Now she is on Ceftum 500 antibiotic.

My father's age is 82. Sodium level is 128. He is suffering from Parkinson's disease. He cannot move without help. Today suddenly his oxygen level fluctuated and drop to 80. After that oxygen given. Now level is 97. What's the reason behind it? What should I do in this situation? How long will give oxygen?

My father had tb and after some years he was diagnosed with lung cancer stage 4 and he died after few months. Now my brother is having mild cough from few days. It's a very mild cough no other symptoms are there. He dose's not smoke. Cough is dry. I just want to know if tuberculosis can be hereditary? Should he get a X-ray of lungs done?

Is the x-ray report normal.. I have cough for 25-30 days.. earlier it was wet with grey sputum some time greenish now it is dry.. there is no other symptoms..no fever..no weight loss..non smoker History ----Earlier in November 2021 I was diagnosed with extra pulmonary tb(multiple enlarged lymph nodes)..in August 2022 the treatment got completed and the lymph nodes also regressed.

Currently, I'm suffering from cough which usually happens during late night and early morning when I wake up. And during morning I feel some kind of congestion during my neck area (where our neck ends and chest start, below adams apple). And this gets controlled when I start taking medicine like montina L but once I stop taking medicine then again same problem happens. Also please note that medicine only helps till certain time like max upto 24 hours. Please help me.

Sorry doctor for posting it again Very sorry actually previously i forgot to mention the date of both test Previously I did one pft doctor advised me to take inhaler but I didn't take inhaler that time but agin after 6 months today i did another pft, report is attached. Doctor my question is , is my pft report is that bad to take foracort inhaler? My problem is some time i cough like 5 to 6 times and need to clear thorat often nd tickling sensation in throat sometimes. Please help me doctor My xray is also done report will come Monday but doctor said its clear
