Breathless and nose swelling
I had covid 1.5yrs ago, since then I have swelling inside my nostrils, which sometimes increase and decreases, and also I have trouble breathing even while I am sitting, it feels like my chest is tightened and i am unable to breath in further and the air gets exhaled fast. In addition to that i also have high pulse rate and high bp - 131/80, the doctor says I have inflammation in my bronchioles and nose polyps. Is it curable,plzz help I have also lost a lot of weight around 10kg and can't seem to put on any., 24x7 I feel bloated and gassy, if I start to burp I will keep on doing it for 20-30 seconds , even if I drink water I feel gass, I had my endoscopy and it only says LES is LAX.

you have restrictive changes on lungs as explained in previous post..consult a pulmonologist for proper management
