Chest & Breathing Problems

Pain in left side chest almost from more than 3 months . Along my left hand also having so much painful. I feel some times my total body is not able to move. And some times not able to hold anything like spoon or bowl or knife

I had a office trip in these weekends. Had slept a bit improperly I guess. Having a sharp pinching pain at right side of my chest near collar bone. Paining while deep breathing, lifting heavy stuff. What might be the cause of this? And anything helpful please share your advice.

Pain in heart area of chest for more than 3 months, twice a week. Currently not having any kind of exercise

Went to physician , he gave me Rebmac DSR, Eotil Forte and Tuspil plus ,the cough reduced after 10 days, but started after 10-12 days. This is a dry cough, and kinda starts intermittently as if some irritation in the lower respiratory track, what should i do??

Chain smoker for 30-years- deserted smoking from 15-yrs.Diabetic+ HTN...Treated for empyema and TB(2002)+ Aspirations done.. CT scan(6/2015)- (1).Bronchiectatic changes in basal segments of rt.Lower lobe with peribronchial thickening & mucus plugging(2) Tree in bud opacities in basal segment of rt.Lower lobe.(3) Linear atelectasis seen in Lingual (4) few small pre-vascular, pre-tracheal & aorto-pulmonary lymph nodes seen.. No significant pleural thickening/ fluid collection seen. Intermittent dry cough with Pain in chest & Dizziness, while coughing. .U/s scan- "Few Hyperechogenecity seen in Rt.lung"..Appetite normal..No weight loss/gain.

Since last week I have been experiencing a slight pain in the chest. The pain is similar to the pain in the muscles when we play after a long period of inactivity. The pain is experienced during yawning, right after I wake up, sometimes during deep breathing certain movements. Are these signs for anything serious?

I am having chest pain.no breathing problem.i feel the pain when i move my body.i had it before 1 month ago.i am a smoker.
