Chest & Breathing Problems

Before last 3days I feel light pain on my chest left side.is this heart problem symptoms or any other please help me?

Heavy cough & allergy symptoms & general weaknesses & swelling on joints & palm & itching & every day i had take one capsule of Levocitrizen. With out this tablet i couldn't tolerate the cough

From last 4-5 days i am having slight but continuous pain in left side of my chest . not causing significant discomfort but its worries me .

I find it hard to breathe on some occasions. It feels like choking. It has happened twice before, and on both occasions I was under lots of stress. But this time, I was not under any such stress. Its like suddenly I find it hard to breathe and it remains for like 20minutes. Then again after some time it happens, stays for some minutes and then all Ok. Is it a sign of some serious health issue??
