Chest & Breathing Problems

Dear doctor, I am getting some pain while taking breathe, I am unable to take breathe easily,continuosly one week I had taken outside food.dont know the reason for getting pain. Kindly request you to suggest me.

Heart burning after eating but when I stand or sleep I am not getting any pain.m no breathing problem and no other pain

I am suffering for dry cough for last 4 month, I visit a doctor, he give some medicine and some test .The tests are CBC, esr, absolute eosinophil count, chest x ray. My all reports are normal, but my cough still present after visiting this doctor. Then i consume antibiotics and syrup,pescribed by ent doctr.what is the cause of cough?

I get a very bad pain in breasts before my periods and this time its been 5 days that I'm over with them but this time I feel mild pain sometimes .Pain vanishes off after some time (1Min or so)and it only pains in left breast . I'm not on any medication. And my grandmother had breast cancer . Is this a symptom of the same. What should I do ?

On my Chest x-ray report there is a line stating B/L Hilar shadows are seen and few more points . In the end it is mentioned that the chest x-ray is normal. Can someone tell me whether one can see Hilar shadows on normal xray

Father is having heavy cough at night since last 3-4 months.Tried many tablets n syrup but no help. Please suggest some medicine. Please help to get rid of the mucus.

Constant coughing stopped smoking but coughing won't subside, also there is a constant flow of mucus.

I have been suffering from chest pain for about 15 days now. The pain is in the left side right under the breast. The pain travels to my back when I lay down. I can't take deep breaths because it causes pinching pain. I cannot sneeze as well. I feel I have mucus in throat though I'm not coughing much. Last year I had severe cough for about a month. I consulted a doctor locally who advised me a Chest xray and HRCT. However, reports of both the tests came normal. I also got my CBC test done, which is normal again. The doctor prescribed me a pain killer with paracetamol because in initial days I had fever as well. Now it's gone but chest pain is there and it's only worsening. Please advise.

Last 3 days pain near the heart continues pain is happening when gas release then some relax otherwise it continues. Have acidic problem also
