Chest & Breathing Problems

I am having breathing difficulties since last two months.Doctors say it is only anxiety.I have uneasy feeling near my heart.

My hrct scan of chest showed minimal ground glass haziness in posterior parts of both lungs in dependent zones and small subcentimetric discrete preaortic, pre and para tracheal and precarinal lymph nodes . What does it mean?

I am having chest pain since morning, problem while breathing as well, no other problem. Smoked cigarette 2 days back, otherwise smoke very rarely(once in a month or so)

I've been breathing problem for 3 years when I take medicine for sometime its good but after few days again I feel deficulty to brrath in. I also use inhalers but not working.

I did the lung function test today. I was unable to blow out the air, even after the nebulisation. But I am otherwise normal, leading an active life style. What should I understand from this?

Had a lump on right side of neck , got fnac done , it said tuberculosis. then i got mantoux test done which has shown red i duration of 29mm size . chest cray shows bilateral hilar prominence. rest everything seems normal . esr is raised . only one thing is confusing that i have no symptoms at all ! no weakness , no cough , nothing at alll!!!!
