Chest & Breathing Problems

I have problem in breathing for many years and living on salbutanol tablets as doctors say that i have bronchoconstriction . It mainly happens in morning and i get releaf by taking salbutanol tablet. If there is any permanent cure .....

Lately, I feel a rubber band like feeling around my abdomen up to my chest. I'm having difficulty breathing at some point. I also feel twitches at the sides of my neck. I recently had spinal surgery due to Potts Disease. I lie down most of the time because I am still unable to walk. Pls help.
