If somebody is breathless along with chest Pain, kindly go for an E.C.G and 2D Echocardiography and better seek an opinion of a cardiologist. A stress Echocardiography of the heart will give you a lot of information. These Type of symptoms are Very common in people who are smokers and leading a stressfull life. Take care and good luck.
