Chest & Breathing Problems

I have allergic asthma since last somany years. Present I am taking Montec LC tablet daily which is very helpful to me. My question is it safe to use continuously this medicine? also this tablet become too costly, can you recommend any alternative tablets?

I was in bali Indonesia for 2 months, now after coming to Delhi, I am facing severe respiratory illness. Being an Asthmatic it's hard to work, I need to work for magazine reports and other stuffs, with the intake of cough syrups and inhalers I can't work with full capacity, I am very vulnerable to dust and other pollutants. I think It can be changing atmosphere problem like from bali Indonesia to Delhi (the so called most polluted city). I need suggestions how to deal with this problem.. Because these breathing problem adversely impact my work.. And I can't compromise with that.. I have breathing disorders particularly in morning and late night.

I am sneezing a lot, have this weird tingling sensation deep into the back of my throat and can almost feel it in my chest. I can barely swallow but it does not hurt, it just makes it hard to breathe. I have very thick clear mucus in my nose that feels like it's stuck in the back of my throat. I was having diarrhea 2-3 times a day for 3 months on and off from ecitaplopram but it's turning into constipation. Wake up in coughing fit every morning lasting 5 minutes. Very tired all the time.

Breathing problem specially while eating, since last one year ... Usually I take this problem while sitting , taking breathe is becoming very difficult.
