Dear Sir, This is Prasad reddy i am 29 year old and i am having breathing problems most mostly i will have this problem night times only can you suggest me what kind of medicine will work and whom to consult kindly help me

You should consult pulmonologist. And get done atleast electrocardiogram , pulmonary function test and chest x-ray.  And first diagnose the problem.
