Chest & Breathing Problems

Have COPD.  Also have Post Nasal drip and continuous running nose while chewing food. Then throat clogging up with phlegm while sleeping.  Taking Glevo 500 once daily,  Nebulizing with Duolin & Budecort 1/3rd repsule each once in the morning, and then again only Duolin 1/3rd repsule at night, Taking Montair LC tablet alternate days (helpful to an extent). Can any nose drop such as ipratropium bromide or anything else may be recommended alongside existing medicines ? ( MAIN problems : throat clogging up with phlegm while sleeping (post nasal drip),  running nose while chewing food, slight wheezing at times or obstructive rattli.ng sound at times) . Please suggest.

I am planning to go to Malaysia but i use Montek lc regularly due to high eosnophills count, whether this will be a constraint for me to enter malaysia

I am suffering from a breathing difficulty from past 6 months.. i used to smoke during my college days not now. I am 28 year old now. My difficulty is observed as increasing after meals. My height is 175 and weight is 75. During the time of difficulty i cannot complete a long sentence without stress. Listeners also will feel suffocation by seing me. And one more thing , i am very well able to do excersises and i can run very long. But still i face this issue in an intervel periods.

Sir i feel deep and incomplete brathing any time in a day and shortness of breath when exercise,bloody cough also come out for 3-4 days before 3 month and before 1 year.and i've been also having gastrointatial problem like thick and sticky mucus in stool after interval of 10 to 20 days and i also loss my weight 7-9 kg in this 3 years.and my growth has been stoped.

If I run a little I feel short of breath.. I feel like sitting.. What would be my problem? And can you suggest any breathing exercise for this?

My wife having problems of breath-taking and breath out sometimes 1 or 2 times in a month so can i give her acebrophylin drug
